Bluegrass Catering

Judy and Jill

Judy and Jill Bakehorn, a mother-daughter entrepreneurial team, started Bluegrass Catering in 1991. This year will mark the 15th year in business!  Judy directs the daily operations in the kitchen with an experienced staff of knowledgeable employees that work 7 days a week.  Jill is the office administrator and coordinator of onsite parties. Over time, Bluegrass Catering has developed into an extremely successful full-service catering business, thanks to Judy and Jill’s experience and hard work.

Bluegrass Catering also manages two golf courses for the City of Lexington:  Picadome Golf Course located off of Harrodsburg Rd. and Kearney Hill Links located off of Georgtown Rd.  Both facilities have wonderful clubhouses that are ideal for private parties - call Jill to inquire.

Judy and Jill are proud of the Bluegrass Catering tradition: quality food with exceptional service. They take a personal interest in each client and supervise each catering event.  Family business…hands-on owners…contemporary cuisine…traditional homestyle cooking—that’s Bluegrass Catering.
